They are never mixed with developer: color goes on clean, dry hair that has been pre-lightened to the level each shade calls for, most at level 9 to 10, and processes for 20 minutes, with heat optional for extra vibrancy. Shades intermix, and Sheer Power dilutes any Super Power shade toward a pastel. Names include Violet Sorcery, Phoenix Fire, Ocean Reign, Crimson Spell and Titanium Shield.
