They are free of ammonia and PPD, and the gel base processes at a slower pace. Apply to pre-lightened, shampooed and towel-dried hair, only on the sections that need toning. The standard mix is one part toner to one part PURE OXI 10 vol creme. The range has five neutralizing shades, Caramel (CA), Cream (CR), Ice (I), Platinum (P) and Steel (S), and three fashion shades, Mist, Iris and Cosmo. All shades intermix.
