Scruples is a family-owned American professional hair care company that has been privately operated since 1983. Its color portfolio centers on True Integrity Opalescent Colour Creme, a low-ammonia creme that works as a permanent or a demi-permanent, alongside Color Art Fresh, a PPD-free and ammonia-free liquid demi. High Definition Custom Mixing Gel lets colorists build shades from pure bases, and the Power Blonde system pairs lightening powders and a balayage clay with conditioning gel toners.
