PURE OXI Creme Developer comes as a deposit-only Demi plus 10, 20, 30 and 40 vol; 20 vol gives one to two levels of lift, 30 vol two to three, 40 vol three to four. Power Blonde Lightening Powder is a dust-free on and off scalp lightener, and Power Blonde 9+ is rated for nine levels of lift and beyond. Power Blonde Balayage Clay is a freehand lightener that processes in open air with no foils, lifting one to five levels. Color Delete removes oxidative dye from permanent color, and NO H2O2 neutralizes leftover peroxide after a chemical service.
