It mixes 1:1 with Lumi10 Accelerator, a 22 vol developer made for this line, and lifts up to 2 levels. It is not meant for 20, 30 or 40 vol developer. Time starts once application is complete, and Joico notes that leaving it longer than 10 minutes makes results darker and less predictable. Shades are natural-based families such as Natural, Natural Ash, Natural Warm Beige, Natural Gold, Natural Copper and Natural Violet, coded the LumiShine way, so 8NA is also 8.01.
