Framesi Color Charts

Framesi is a professional hair color company founded in Milan, Italy, in 1945, and its US lines are sold to licensed stylists only. The permanent range includes Framcolor 2001 (with 2001 Intense, Light & Shine and Ultra Lift shades), Framcolor Glamour and Framcolor Futura. The ammonia-free family is Framcolor Eclectic demi-permanent, Eclectic Care permanent and Eclectic 5D Color Gloss, a liquid demi. Pure Pigment Plus and Framcolor BOLD deposit color with no developer, and Decolor B handles lightening. Most Framesi codes put the level first, then a dot and tone digits: 1 green, 2 blue, 3 yellow, 4 orange, 5 red and 6 violet, so 7.34 reads as a level 7 gold copper. Framcolor 2001 and Futura name their shades with letter series instead, such as NP, EXN, N and XN. Stylists know the brand for its coconut oil cream bases, low 2% ammonia in 2001 and Futura, and for giving each line its own mixing ratio, from 1:2 for 2001 to 1:1 for Glamour.
