View the official The Present Time chartThe Present Time is Davines' alkaline, ammonia-free demi-permanent for base breaking, subtle reflects on natural hair and refreshing colored lengths. It always mixes 1 part color to 2 parts of its own Activator, and the ratio does not change. The 7 vol Activator keeps the result at the same depth or darker, and the 15 vol Activator gives up to 1 level of lift. Development is 20 minutes, or 15 with heat, never shorter or longer. Naturals with 7 vol cover up to 70% white hair and fashion reflects up to 50%. The 0,xx Specialities intensify or correct reflects, and 00 is a dilutor, not a lightener.
