View the official Chroma Paint chartChroma Paint is CHI's semi-permanent direct dye for bleached or pre-lightened hair, made with Chroma Intense Dye Technology. No developer is needed: apply straight to clean, dry hair for a full head or partial placement, process 25 minutes at room temperature, then rinse with cool water until it runs clear. The shades are vivid named colors such as Red Haute, Mango Tango, Blue Crush and Purple Blitz. Three mixers adjust them. Pearl Glam lightens a shade into a tint, Midnight Madness deepens it, and Grey Star adds a metallic effect.
