CHI is the professional hair care and color brand of Farouk Systems, the Houston company founded by Farouk Shami. Its color range is built on ammonia-free formulas. Ionic Permanent Shine is the core permanent cream line, and the developer volume decides whether it works as permanent color, gray coverage, demi-permanent deposit or a gloss. Ionic Shine Shades is a liquid color that can stand alone or be used alongside Ionic Permanent Shine.
