IGORA COLOR10 is a permanent creme designed to develop in as little as 10 minutes, compared with about 45 minutes for standard permanent color. It mixes 1:1 with IGORA Royal Oil Developer in 3%, 6% or 9% and goes on dry, unwashed hair for 10 to 15 minutes, with up to 2 levels of lift. Naturals cover up to 100% white hair and fashion shades up to 50%. The 11- Speedlift shades are for lift and do not cover white hair. The chart is grouped into Naturals, Natural Extra, Fashion and Speedlift, all using the standard IGORA level and tone numbering.
