This chart covers BLONDME lightening and toning. Premium Lightener 9+ lifts up to 9 levels and mixes 1:1.5, 1:2 or 1:2.5 with BLONDME Premium Developer for up to 45 minutes with no heat, and only 2% or 6% is used on the scalp. Clay Lightener mixes 1:1.5 or 1:2 for off-scalp freehand work. Bleach & Tone additives in Violet, Ash and Matte go into the lightener to neutralize warmth while lifting. Glow Toners are acidic, no-lift toners mixed 1:1 with 2% developer for 10 minutes, extendable to 20. Toner codes use IGORA numbering, plus 0-00 Clear.
