View the official High Speed Toners chartHigh Speed Toners are Pulp Riot's fast alkaline toners for pre-lightened hair at levels 8 to 10. They mix 1:2 with Pulp Riot 6 or 10 vol developer and process 5 to 20 minutes with no heat: 5 to 10 minutes for a toned result, 15 to 20 for a bolder blonde. Thinning the mix to 1:3 or 1:4 slows the deposit, so 1:2 at 5 minutes, 1:3 at 10 and 1:4 at 15 give similar results. They go on damp or dry hair, with dry recommended for more even, longer-lasting tone, and all shades intermix.
